Shipping Rates
- Free Standard Shipping within North America on orders over CA$150.
- For orders under CA$150, a CA$20 shipping fee will apply.
- Shipping rates for international orders outside North America may vary and will be shown at checkout.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of placement.
Processing time is not included in the shipping time.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped:
- North America: approx. 5–15 business days
- International destinations: approx. 7–21 business days, depending on location and carrier availability
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
2025.12.15 update:
Some UPS shipments may experience delays due to the holiday season. Thank you for your patience and understanding. For a better delivery experience, we primarily ship orders via DHL and FedEx whenever possible. Carrier choice may vary based on destination and logistical conditions.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because we begin processing orders immediately to ensure fast delivery, we are generally unable to cancel or modify orders once they are submitted.

Duties & Taxes
Due to ongoing changes in international customs regulations, customers may be responsible for paying duty and tax charges upon delivery for some international orders.
If you are charged duties, please send:
- Your order number, and
- A copy of the duty payment receipt
to info@exile.space.
