Standard Shipping Rate for products

Free Standard Shipping within North America on orders over CA$150. For orders below CA$150, a CA$20 shipping fee will apply.

When will my order ship?

All orders typically ship within 3 business days once the order has been placed. It normally takes 5-14 business days to reach you within Standard Shipping globally.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once the order has shipped from the warehouse.

(Notice: Shipping time does not include 2-3 days processing times required to process your order from the date your order is placed.)

 

Can I make changes to or cancel my order?

In our attempt to process and ship your order as fast as possible, in most cases, orders cannot be changed or canceled after they are placed. We want to get people out on the mountain with their new gear as quickly as possible, so we begin processing orders as soon as they are received. Unfortunately, this means we are unable to cancel or modify an order once it has entered the system. This policy applies to all orders placed on exile.space. 

Do you ship to my country?

Our current orders are mostly from Canada and the US. But Yes, we are able to ship globally. Please click the online chat button on the page to get in touch with us if you have any questions related to shipping.

Duty and taxes

Due to recent changes in global customs regulations, Exile Space is temporarily unable to cover duty and tax for orders. Customers may be responsible for these additional charges upon delivery. If you’re charged duty, please contact our customer service team at info@exile.space with your order number and a copy of your duty payment receipt. We’ll be happy to provide you with a gift card for your next order as a token of our appreciation.
