Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at exile.space. We value your satisfaction and aim to provide a smooth return and exchange process.

Cancellation & Refund (before the shipment)

Cancellation requests made within 2 days of placing the order are eligible for a full refund. However, you may need to pay a processing fee1 if your products have been processed. Normally, the processing fee would be $10 USD. Refunds will be processed within 7 days after your request is approved.

1: A processing fee is a charge that covers the costs associated with handling an order. This can include costs for order management, payment processing, packaging, and any other administrative expenses. The processing fee is deducted from the refund amount to cover these operational expenses if the order has already been processed but not yet shipped.

Return & Refund (Orders shipped)

You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your product by contacting info@exile.space. To be eligible for a return, items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.

Please note:

  • Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • exile.space reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our return policy requirements or are returned without written approval.
  • Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns. 
  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it is in its original condition. After the inspection, we will process your refund, usually within 7 days. The refund will be credited to your original method of payment.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

We are not able to accommodate exchanges. You may return your item(s) and place a new order. Refunds will be processed as soon as we receive your return.
