Thank you for shopping at exile.space. We want you to feel confident when purchasing from us, so we provide clear and transparent information about cancellations, returns, and refunds.


Order Cancellation (Before Shipment)

You may request to cancel your order within 2 days of purchase.

  • If the order has not been processed, you will receive a full refund.

  • If the order has already been processed, a 7% restocking fee may apply.

  • Refunds are issued within 7 business days after your cancellation request is approved.

Returns & Refunds (After Shipment)

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused

  • In new condition

  • In original packaging

  • With all tags attached

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs to our Vancouver location.

  • A 7% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.

  • Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

  • Returns without prior written approval may be rejected.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and issue your refund to the original method of payment within 7 business days.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos.

In these cases:

  • We cover all return shipping costs.

  • We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please return your product for a refund and place a new order.
